Tomato Cookies

Ingredients:

– Tomato juice of the Trademark “Schedryj Pan” … 1 glass

– flour … 2 glass

– Sunflower oil of the Trademark “Schedryj Pan” … 50 g

– Soda … 1 teaspoon

1. Mix the tomato juice of the Trademark “Schedryj Pan” and sugar, mix thoroughly until sugar dissolved.

2. Add sunflower oil of the Trademark “Schedryj Pan”, a pinch of salt and soda (do not extinguish soda).

3. Add flour gradually. Knead the dough.

4. Form the dough balls and slightly roll them with a rolling pin. You can also use curly shapes for cookies. Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sprinkle sugar on top.

5. Bake at a temperature of 180 C for 10 minutes.
